Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the AMG Driving Academy entirely and/or to modify, change, alter and/or delete any and all terms, conditions and rules regarding: 1) AMG Driving Academy in general; 2) customer participation in the AMG Driving Academy; and 3) the nature, level, value, frequency and amount of any individual prizes and awards to be given to any program participants, at any time before and/or during the course of the AMG Driving Academy without notice.
AMG Driving Academy will provide a confirmation e-mail at time of registration which serves as notification that you are scheduled for an upcoming event. We also may send you further information related to the necessary testing/and or safety protocols required to participate in the event(s) for which you registered. Any additional correspondence is a courtesy and does not serve as a confirmation or reminder of your upcoming event.
Cancellation notices received up to 30 days prior to PERFORMANCE, ADVANCED and PRO event dates will receive a full refund. There are no refunds issued for cancellations received within 30 days of your registered event.
PRO+ cancellations must be received 60 days prior to your registered event for a full refund, otherwise no refunds will be issued within 60 days of your registered course.
DRIFT, DRIFT+ and and the AMG Napa Explorer events are non-refundable.
We do not reschedule. However, you are welcome to re-register for a future event. If your desired date is full, then you may join a wait list. There are no guarantees that you will be confirmed from a wait list.
Due to the increasingly high demand for this program, MBUSA requires a $250 credit card hold for all complimentary ($1995 credit) AMG Purchase Reward redemptions applied towards PERFORMANCE training in order to confirm a seat. The $250 hold will be released at the end of your event date. You may cancel your registration outside 30 days penalty free and your hold will be released. Cancellations received within 30 days or no shows will be charged $250 as a cancellation fee. All other registrations applying the AMG Purchase Reward as a credit are subject to the standard cancellation policy.
AMG Purchase Reward redemptions utilizing the discounted option will be charged the balance of $1,000 at time of registration. Any cancellation notice received outside 30 days of your attending date will receive a full refund. For any cancellations received within 30 days of your registered event date including no shows, all fees paid are non-refundable.
You are welcome to re-register for an alternate date once your cancellation notice has been received in writing. If your desired date is full, then you may join a wait list, however there are no guarantees that you will be confirmed. In addition, AMG Purchase Reward credits cannot be extended.
Seats issued or bought for an AMG Driving Academy event are non-transferable and must be used by the first-intended recipient.
All On Track registered non-driving guests are welcome to join you for the meal portions and classroom sessions throughout the day. Our insurance mandates that guests will not be permitted in vehicles or at drive modules for safety reasons. We will ask that guests remain within the hospitality area. The cost for a guest at PERFORMANCE, PRO+, DRIFT, and DRIFT+ is $250, ADVANCED and PRO is $500. The cost for the ADVANCED and PRO guest includes attendance at the evening dinner function. Non-Driving guest capacity is limited and may not be allowed at all scheduled dates.
Please note, you are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements for all On Track events as they are not included in your program cost. However, on the AMG Driving Academy website, under Hotels, you can find a recommended hotel with a preferred room rate for Mercedes-Benz. The preferred room rate is based on availability. Please note that as your track date approaches, room availability may become limited. We suggest that you make reservations well in advance to avoid any issues.
